Initial Meeting

 Our team have been working with homeowners for over 30 years.  We specialize in designing luxury custom homes and renovations.  We work with each client to create a home design unique to them and their property. Our Design / Build services include: 

  • Sit down meeting with our potential homeowners to talk about the general scope and plans
  • Discuss the budget and time frame requests
  • Full architectural, engineering and interior design services
  • Presentation of our history, portfolio and discuss our mission and business model.

Design and Presentation

 The reality of actual designing of the house, acquiring necessary approvals and permits as well as the bugetary concerns can be daunting.  That’s why we have a dedicated team to fully manage every step, freeing you up to excitedly watch your design move from concept to completion. Our planning process include:

  • ​Coordination and representation at City/Community meetings
  • ​Connection with Surveyor, Designers, Architects
  • Compiling accurate scope of work
  • Completing and presenting a Sworn construction statement
  • Giving a tangible timeframe and calendar of progress

The Build

All the planning has finally paid off.  Architectural design creates the structure, function and flow of the home. Interior design enhances this space through detailing the functionality and aesthetic quality of each room in the home. Spence Developments standard is the culmination of both of these.
